I had a perfectly good working form. however on my final test before going live, the form doesn't clear down on submit. its now slow to respond and if you no answer no to another floor, on some floors it doesn't bring up the next followed by the submit button.

The autofill is enabled in your form. The feature will allow you to save the form data and store it in your browser. You can disable this in the form if you don't need it.
