What is JotForm?
JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
At JotForm, we want to make sure that you’re getting the online form builder help that you need. Our friendly customer support team is available 24/7.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
As mentioned on the previous thread, the error does not seem to be related to form views, but actually related to the forms specific limit.
If you can tell us what is the form URL / or page where the same is we would be happy to check it out and see what might be the limitation that it had reached.
Thanks Ben, appreciate your help, it's this article page that got that image error: http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/asda-driver-reveals-photos-inside-7702998
Also other pages like the homepage of: http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/ we have a live blog that uses jotform to submit posts (screenshot attached)
On the first link you mention the situation seems to be solved, as I could access the form:
Is 31553180780957 the correct form?
I checked the 2nd link and even though the form is not accessible on the website, it is accessible on the non-published version:
I inspected the form and it is well configured:
I also could successfully make a submission. Please try publishing again the form.
Let us know if the problem persists.
We haven't released anything different, and we can't go and re-save all our forms, as work on a lot of sites. More and more forms are showing this issue, here's another one: http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/man-misses-chance-say-goodbye-7737790
I took a look at the links Arielle.
- shows the form for me
- Shows the form for me
- Shows the form for me
Now looking at the forms and the account again, I see that you are in EU as my colleague and myself, and there was an issue with the database where the data might have been loaded wrongly - for some from Eu which is already resolved, which might have caused this.
To make sure that you no longer have these issues, I have activated a re-check of your form views (that were nulled by my colleague on a previous thread and cleared your form cache to make sure all is up to date).
Do let us know if you still happen to experience the same issue.
