As far as I understand from your post, the email submissions have received to the one email address (because, you set a one notification on related form) and you don't want this. If there are some different choices on your form, you can set a conditional logic to send them different addresses with respect to the user's selection. For example, if one of the fields on your form is equal to "test", the desired "Notification" can be sent to the email address that is defined for that case.
