This is a repeat of an issue I posted several weeks ago. It had appeared it was resolved at that point, but my file upload is failing...again..
https://secure.jotform.com/form/20512637615
Large file sizes, multiple browsers.
Please advise.

I cloned and tested your form by uploading a 1 MB file and it worked fine at my end, can you provide the file size you were uploading when this happened?
We'll await for your response. -

My customers upload files of at least 500MB. The upload starts and then after about 90 seconds, it returns a "connection was reset" error.
Please lookup my previous tickets - this is the same problem.

Hi Loop
Although you can set maximum size in jotform, you will also need to adjust your web server file upload maximum capacity size. You can set this in PHP.INI or contact your web hosting provider and let them adjust it for you.

Rain - thanks for the tip, but this form is hosted at jotform, on their servers. Nothing in my setup has changed since it was working several weeks back.

Please note that it is also very important to consider the internet connectivity of the user who wishes to upload the file. The connection between the user and Jotform should be stable and fast enough to ensure that no issues will occur in the middle of the uploading process.
if you have any other concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I do have other concerns. I have tested this from a stable business connection with a 25MBp upload speed and the form still times out after 90 seconds. The form is still not working properly.

We have not. We have a 10GB plan and are using ~1.8GB.

Can you please try uploading the file after clearing the browser's cache.

Cleared my cache and tried again. Same result.

Any updates? Once again losing money while you continue to advertise 1GB uploads that simply don't work.

No - SSL is enabled at the request of your support team from my previous request. I don't care, I just need it to work.
I've see a couple test files come through so it looks like it's working with SSL off.

Hi,
The problem is related with our security certificate and uploads. If it's possible, please continue to use non-SSL version of your form. It is working without any problem.
To explain the problem, I may summerize it's completely related with Microsoft Windows XP. Our security certificates and servers need to work SNI which is not supported by Microsoft XP,
You can find the details here :
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Server_Name_Indication
We released a patch to fix the problem, and it's solved now,
Kindest Regards,
Ertugrul.
