Why have my forms been disabled?

As a newie, I have been playing around with Jpotform to see if has all the features I need. Now I am getting a message saying the form has been disabled. What on earth is going on?

I took a look at your account Gary and it seems that it was auto suspended by our system for some reason.

I have checked it out and you should not have any issues with your form / account, but please do let us know if you happen to have any and we would be happy to assist with the same.
