Help! All of our forms are down.
We were on the $9.95 plan from previously and now it says we are locked into that plan and price point... great! But now it is telling us that our "form views" are over the limit. There never was form views before.
So is this a scam to get us to upgrade or what? I'm assuming if we upgrade we will lose the previous price point right?
Please help! I need to know if we can upgrade without losing our price point.Page URL:

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have recently applied a new limit (VIEW LIMIT) from the beginning of March. While reviewing your account I notice that you have reach this limit.
Our team reviewed and analyzed this very carefully before it being applied. They noticed that free users had the same benefits as paid customers. We tried to make if fair to every user and give them the best service of what they pay for, as indicated in our blog.
What’s the reason for the new limit?
We felt that users who were receiving more than 1,000 views on their forms are getting the same value as users who receive more than 100 submissions. We wanted to make our form limits more fair for every user, which also took into account per capita web hosting costs. Now, whether form views or submissions, we’re all on the same page and know what to expect.
To remove this limit, you can add the JotForm logo into your forms. You can this from your settings page and enable the Jotform logo.
The other option, would be to double the limit for this month only. If you would like this, please let us know,,so we can double the view limit.

Thank you for your response.
We have been a paid user for a couple years now so I'm not sure how this was fair to us :(
We have clicked the button to add the JotForm Footer temporarily, to at least bring up our forms until we decide what to do. It has not brought the forms back yet, can you tell us how long it should take for them to come back?
Do the hits/views start at the first of the month, or based on whatever day of the month we signed up?
Lastly, can you please help us figure out which plan we should be on to remain at the $10/month for the old Premium plan price. The billing page says the equivalent plan is highlighted, but it is not, we have options to upgrade or downgrade.
Thank you for any help you can provide, this is a major hit to our business and our clients are already calling panicking so we need to fix the issue quickly.

Sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused. I have reviewed you site and noticed that you have placed the Jotform Logo. Your account is also active and all your forms should be able to be viewed. As all the other limits, this counter starts at the beginning of every month.
Unfortunately, we have updated our plans last year. As you have noticed, the plan you have no longer exists in our pricing page. If you upgrade or downgrade your plan you will no longer be able to use your existent plan. As long as you remain in your plan, you will not be charged more or less.

Unfortunately none of our sites have their forms back yet. Can you please offer some assistance on getting this back?

I checked your pages and the embedded forms are showing without issue. Are they still not appearing on your end? Your forms and account are showing as active, you should not currently be having any issue with being over limit.

Thanks for checking, I'm not sure exactly when they came back, had to have been in the last 15 minutes because we've been stalking them and this forum every few minutes!
