I believe I might have just sent in a trouble ticket (but made it private), but I'm not sure if it went through. I was not logged in at the time. Apologies for double-posting. I'll make this one public, but not include the personal details of my students.

I was leading a stats class today in which I had my students create JotForm accounts and then start a simple form. We're going to use these forms as the basis for an assignment. Things went great until they hit the Preview button, at which point some students got an error message ("Form Disabled" I believe). One or two logged off then back on and found their account disabled. I'll paste one of the form URLs below, and can provide account details if needed (I provided those in the previous ticket when I clicked the "Private" button).

I'm wondering if something they asked or the way they created the form (I provided a template for them to use) resulted in tripping something in your automated discovery of phishing activity or some such. Please help us solve this problem so they can finish the assignment. Thanks.

Our Phishing detector disable suspicious form sometime and suspend the account.

Please provide us with the other forms URL that has been disabled so we can verify.

We will be waiting for your reply.
