I though my forms were not working yesterday because of free account so I upgraded to one higher to see if that's the problem. Still wasn't working. SO I went back. Is it possible you please credit me the charge?
After CS contacted me today I was able to fix the issue.

Please be noted that Free accounts can receive only up to 10 payments in a month. If you are not expecting more than 10 payments in a month, you may continue with the Free subscription. If not, it is required to have a paid subscription for your account in order to receive more payments.
I see that you have already cancelled the subscription at your end. Please confirm if you want to continue with Free subscription so that we can process the refund of the last charge for you.
