Why I'm not receiving Mail Chimp Subscribers?

I have been noticing that I don't get as many mail chimp subscribers as I do form submissions. I contacted you guys a while back and you suggested reconnecting the mail chimp integration which I did on multiple forms but this hasn't solved the issue.

Could someone look into this please

I did some tests on Mail Chimp and everything is working as intended.

It is strange that you're receiving only some of the subscribers. Do you have free Mail Chimp account, since it is allowing up to 2000 subscribers?
