I have a form setup to post a webhook to our CRM. The form captures multiple images in 2 separate fields. The filenames on the images saved in the submission details differs from the filenames provided in the webhook data.
The issue lies in that on mobile devices, the first image captured in each field is always named "image.jpg". It appears Jotform is renaming to ensure all files in the same field have a unique name.
Since I capture multiple images in more than one field, I end up with the first file always being named "image.jpg" which causes issues when trying to access via URL.

Our apologies. I think that is because the Webhook is not set to rename all files with the same name, causing the issue.
I have now forwarded this thread to our developers for further review on this feature. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
For the meantime, please advise your users to take a picture first before opening the form and uploading the files.

This issue has now been resolved. The corrected filenames that are shown on the submission page will also be sent to the webhook.
