Why are the entries to one of our text areas not showing in our notification emails?Asked by cwcofalex on April 12, 2016 at 03:04 PM
On our "Baptism Form" we placed a text area for "testimonies". In the notification emails you either can't see the replies at all or barely.
Please do note that when you change your email notifier it becomes "dirty". The reason why it has this nickname is because system will no longer touch them.
The reason is to respect your own setup.
To make the textarea or any fields added later on into the email notification, you would need to add the same manually, or alternatively to create a new email notification and remove the old one.
That way it will have all of the fields loaded to the email notification.
