Just upgraded, but forms remain disabled. How long before forms are active.

I checked your account and it is currently on premium subscription, I have checked our records as well and I was unable to find something about an upgrade related to your account.
Please, if you have a subscription number or reference number provide us with that and we will be glad to check it for you.
Also, it could be that you upgraded an account with different username, please double check since this is the username that I checked and did not find anything treybrad.
