Problem with Duplication on my Form

    There's a problem it's duplicating my forms and i don't know what's going on.

    In addition the form isn't autocleaning post send the information.

    Can you help me with that, please.

    If I'm understanding you appropriately it seems you are having two different issues with your form so let's deal with the first one here about your problem with your form duplicating.

    Can you please explain to us more about the duplication issue? I've looked around on your forms page and your forms but I'm not quite sure that I understand the problem you are mentioning yet.
