Rather than using the oEmbed method, try adding the iFrame code directly:
http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Add the iFrame code as HTML and it should allow for the widgets to properly display. If that does not work, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

Thank you, that did clear up my problem and the widgets all work now! although the background of the form is not fixed now and doesnt have the cool effect of scroll down with the fixed background anymore. the preview link is still doing that so is there away to adjust the code to have that look?

It seems that you have copied only iframe section from the embed code to use on your webpage. Could you try embedding the form on your web page using the complete iframe embed code so that the height of the form would be automatically set?
Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

Well. This might have happened due to any conflict of the scripts on the webpage. Glad to see that you were able to fix the issue. If you feel that the height of the form is more, you may change it on the embed code.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
Thank you for using JotForm!!
