I installed the "Get Form Page URL" widget in order to track referrals on my clients website. The URL's show up in the inbox, but don't get sent to the clients email when she receives a submission. Please get back to me asap. Thanks! I have a Wordpress multisite network, so the form is on multiple sub directories of the website.Page URL:

This suggests that the email was changed at some point, so you will either need to manually add the widget data to the email, or delete the old email notifier and create a new one.
