I checked your account and you have not created a form yet; however, checking your email address I found that it is in our bounce list, this is the reason:
550 Rejected by header based Administrative Lockout:
When you create your first form, please have these things in mind, first follow this guide in order to prevent bouncing: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Setup-Email-Alerts-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues.
Second, you are able to check and remove an email address from our bounce list anytime, to do it you only need to follow the steps on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-lists.
If the issue persists then you should ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, you will find them on this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
