Hello there!
In my form "2016 Field Day Agreement," I'm having trouble getting my field "Who is Your PFI Contact for this Event?" to pre-populate the text field at the bottom ("If you have any questions about this agreement ...").
I have set up the condition so that it's supposed to update the bottom field if the top field is equal to each of the names listed (I created a condition for each person to copy the field value from the top field to the bottom field).
However, all that ever appears in the bottom field is a "0" (zero).
I first tried setting up just one condition (If the top field "is filled" then copy that value) -- and that also produced a zero, so I assumed I needed to create an "If field equals" condition....
..............
Second question:
How can I customize the border of the check box at the very bottom of the form? I have tried to see if there's a custom CSS label for just the box itself, and can't seem to locate that. In the designer, there is no option for the specific box I selected to change the border. Changing the color only changes the color of the checkmark that appears. Thanks very much!

Hi,
I suggest reviewing also this user guide: How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
I checked the Conditions you did on your form https://www.jotform.com/60996739502164 and I see there is a mistake in the configuration.
Let me check for the correct configuration. I'll get back to your shortly.
