How can I block out times?

My business will be offering open time slots from 9 am to 1 pm. I would like to know how to make sure people cannot choose other time slots.

Unfortunately, there is no means using the form builder to set the time in form to be able to select a specific period only,  your only way is to get the full source code, place it in your webpage and remove the unnecessary hours.

This user guide will help you explain how to get your form's full source code.  Once you have the full source, 

Example (by using a time field):

Once you have your form completed on the form builder, get the full source code of the said form, then place it on your web page. Then remove unnecessary options from your source code:

Finally, save your web page and it should do the trick.
