I cloned your form and checked the email notification settings. It appears that the title has already been changed. As seen in the screenshot below, the heading of the email is titled Capital B.
I also sent a test submission in my clone to test the notification.
Since the title is already set to Capital B, no further action is required. The next email notifications you receive should have "Capital B" as the heading.
