I can't get my form to upload to Zenfolio.

Hi, I can't get my form to upload to Zenfolio. I have tried every type of code. Iframe seems to be the only one that works, but I don't get the theme and the form is very narrow.

I checked your most recent form and they seem to appear properly when viewed using the direct url (http://www.jotform.us/form/61027286149154). Can you please share with us the URL of your Zenfolio page so we can investigate your issue further? I will wait for your response.

the background I created on your site - which I loved - and used Zenfolio
