Why my forms are disabled?

    Thank you. I have created a form called Refund Form but it keeps saying that it has been disabled. Can you please assist me in why this is happening and how I can fix it?

    Hello Helen,

    I did check your forms "Clone of Refund form" & " Refund form" and found that you have fields which is asking your users to input their credit card details. That is the reason why your account is suspended automatically and all your forms are disabled.

    Please be noted that you should not ask credit card information from your users. If you need to process payments, please use one of our integrated payment tools. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities. It's just a matter of time and our anti-phishing filter will disable your form and suspend your account.

    I have deleted the credit card related fields and activated your account again. All your forms are now back online.

    I would like to inform you that bank account information, social security/passport ID numbers, anything of that nature are not allowed to be collected through our forms. You can see our full terms by following this link: Terms of Use.

    If you want to collect payment, you will need to use one of our payment integrations as my colleague suggested.
