    It appears that your JotForm Premium subscription has been cancelled, the account is set to be downgraded to the Free version on March 24. If you wish to continue your Premium subscription you can always re upgrade using Paypal.

    @salimdeem, 

    I believe there is a finite period on the length of a contract with Paypal. 

    To protect subscribers from a never ending recurring charge which may not be in required, the subscription reaches the end of its term (which I believe is 24 months) and automatically cancels. 

    Your Premium status will expire on March 24th, should you wish to, you will need to reactivate the Paypal subscription on or just after that date. 

    If you want, I can make a note to send you an email reminder on that date. Please advise on that.
