Submission emails does not display all the question of updated form.

    Hello, 
    I am running a form to collect information about candidates in some up coming auditions and I have edited an old form I have used successfully with the new questions. However when I receive the applications it sends me the new answers but to the old questions? The form the artists are seeing is definitely the new one. Any suggestions on how I fix this?

    Hello robbiecarmellotti,

    Please be noted that if you edit your email alert it becomes dirty and any changes you make in your form will not reflect in the notification email alert. Earlier you must have edited your email alert and that is the reason why the changes you made in your form is not being displayed in the email alert. 

    The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new one. Please be noted that a new email alert will always display all the questions. The following guide should help you:
