Why I cannot preview or publish my forms?

Hi there,

Could you please help, i have made several forms that i cannot seem to preview or publish and use.

When i go to either, i get the attached message saying that the form is disabled...and not found, but in the preferences it says it is enabled. I have tried making new forms from scratch but i get the same result.

I checked your account and I found out that it was auto suspended by our anti-phishing system. I checked all your forms and saw that they are not phishing forms so I whitelisted them and reactivated your account.
