    Edits to form saving but not showing in preview nor in new tab

    I have made some changes to a previously saved form. The changes are saved in design mode (if I log out and back in again, they are still there) but when I preview the form or open it in a new browser window the new changes are not showing.

    I have tried opening on another computer and the same thing happens. I have also tried the Chrome incognito window and Internet Explorer without success.

    If I clone the form, the clone shows all the new changes but when I try to preview I receive a "Form not found" error.

    I have tried replacing "form" in the URL with "www" and also used the US (rather than EU) server URLs but without success. This was suggested in a previous support answer.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. This was actually a problem affecting EU users recently and it has be fixed.
