    I need to adding Address fields but "tools" does not waking.

    Hi Taw,

    I checked it and its working correctly, try a different browser in case or clear your browser cache

    Hi,

    Same here! Your form is working properly, I can see the address fields.

    If you can see any changes of your form, try to delete your browsing cache and re-embed your Jotform code in to your website page.

    internet explorer 8 which not allow me to use tools

    After a few tries i managed to reset my form with google chrome..Thanks

    I think you've a JavaScript Error because with a different browser it works.

    I suggest you to upgrade/reinstall Internet Explorer for best compatibility.
