What application is on our form creating a new number each time submission is made?

    What Addon- App have i added to this form to generate numbers every time this form is filled in. Please note the 'RMA Submission number only shows up on my end and not in the link below.

    The widget that does that is the Unique ID

    It allows you to set up the format that you wish to have and then updates the numbers for each new submission.
