Is there a limit to how large a file can be uploaded?

Our JotForm requires applications to upload two photos.  I have had an applicant contact me saying each time she tries to upload a photo she receives an error message saying the file is too large.  As of now, the limit is 1024kb. Can I increase the limits?

Please be noted that by default file upload question only allows to upload 1 MB of file size but it is possible to increase the file size limit which can be uploaded.
