I have checked email address of your account and it is in bounce list. Our system gave following result:
jo****@1s**********.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : X-Postfix; delivery temporarily suspended: lost connection
I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.
Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
Please test your forms and check if you are receiving submissions now.
