    I am not getting emails from jotform

    out of nowhere, I am not getting emails from jotform. I checked my spam settings and whitelisted the company as well. Please help.

    I have checked email address of your account and it is in bounce list. Our system gave following result:

    jo****@1s**********.com is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : X-Postfix; delivery temporarily suspended: lost connection

    I have now removed it from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.

    You can follow this guide on how to check and remove the email from bounce list.

    And this guide How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

    Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    Please test your forms and check if you are receiving submissions now.
