How to change notification email upon selection of certain fields?

We use jotform for our weekly church service's check-in card and if someone selects "I am new" we want an immediate email notification to go to one of our staff members.  Rather than sorting through all of the normal check-in cards to find the visitors.  How can we get a notification of just the new visitors without doing a separate card for visitors vs regular attenders.

Requesting the addition of a conditional formatting function.  If STATE is TRUE DO "send email notifier" (instead of just hide or show field).

You can achieve that by going to your conditions and select Change email recipient:

And then, you can have on your form checkboxes or radio buttons and create condition that will change to which email your notifier will go upon selectin:

I put only two radio buttons for showing, but that can be any field you wish, and then you will put for Email field, the address of your stuff that handles new members.

    Hope it helps.

That is great! I didn't see the "add new condition" button at the top that gave more options.

    Follow up question:

Can I add more than one email to the condition if I want two people to receive the email? Separate by commas?

I tested this and it is working with 2 email recipients separated by a comma and a space.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
