1,000 view limit - what happens next

    Hey there,

     

    I had NO idea jotform was a paid program.

     

    What happens when I reach my 1,000 view max per month?

    JotForm have free and paid plans. All features, widgets and apps are still accessible regardless if you are in free or paid plan. However, each account type has their limits. Please check our pricing page for the details.

    For Free plan, you have the following limit:

    100 submissions/month

    10 payment submissions/month

    1,000 form views/month

     

    If you reached ANY of the said limits, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. To continue using the forms, you can wait for the submission/form view limits to reset which happens every 1st day of the month OR you can upgrade to a higher subscription plan.
