I have sent two inquiries indicating that I've been attempting to upgrade for the last three days with no success. Not sure if there is a problem with my credit card, but I am unable to check the existing card on file or make a change. I need to get my forms up and running ASAP. So can someone help me!

All of them have been addressed properly by my colleagues. Please check them. But I think you are all set now, you are currently on the Silver Plan.
