Removing extra white space from the submitted pdf

I've created a form that appears fine and functions correctly but when attempting to download as a pdf the heading is displayed at the top of one page and the content isn't included until the second page. The forms need to be printed which means quite a bit of paper waste. Are there any options for correcting?
