My form is in english but the form is stating my form is in Turkish and have it as the default language.
I am in Turkey that is possibly why BUT the form is in English. I need to update the Turkish translation.
If I choose Turkish from the dropdown list, the form shows in English.
How can I fix this?

You may translate the form to another language from the Form Language tool. Once you have added the language to the form, the translation window should pop-up with the fields displaying where the translation is required.
