The email confirmation does not include the correct Thank you that we have published and we can't change it.
All camps receive the same form.

Unfortunately, we don't provide phone support.
Can you tell us more about the issue you have and we'll be more than glad to assist you?
We'll wait for your response.

sharpkjReplied on April 13, 2016 at 3:45 PMWe have set up several registration forms for our various camps. We have a
separate "Thank You" letter to reply with each registration - however it is
sending the same confirmation letter to all of the registrations.
They ALL receive the Confirmation for Lady Lancer Basketball Camp. We have
gone in and made sure that the URL is correct several times - saved and
republished and it keeps sending the wrong one. Not sure if we are missing
a place to change or not. Very frustration.

I ma not quite sure if you mean thank you page or thank you (autoresponder) email, but looking at the emails I see that the email autorespoder is showing basketball image on the one for volleyball so I believe that this is the issue.
Now I would also like to mention that the following form: 2016 Lancer Basketball Camp Registration has PDF for boys: http://sidearm.sites.s3.amazonaws.com/grace.sidearmsports.com/documents/2016/4/12/Confirmation_Boys2_Basketball_Camp.pdf (based on the text in links)
- Just wanted to point it out in case it is not right
Now the other forms with the issue, such as 2016 Lancer Volleyball Camp Registration should be updated by first clicking on the image in the email - you will notice tiny white rectangles being shown around the image:
Now, as highlighted, you will need to then click on Insert/Edit image button in the toolbar.
Once you do you will see the image wizard open up and show you the currently used image.
What you should do is replace it with the correct one and press OK.
As soon as you do, click on Finish button of your email setup and save the form.
I do also suggest testing it out to see if the same worked - then recreate the steps for all forms with the same issue.

Are you saying that we can't link to a pdf - does it have to be a jpg.
And - does the pgj have to be online - we can't just past an image?
If you can just paste an image or pdf please let me know how as I can't
find anything.
Sorry - our web guy is out of the office for 10 days and I want to get this
fixed.

You can add a link to PDF as well, you will just use link button instead of picture button:
Add link to your PDF and text that will display as link:
Hope it helps!
