Is it possible to have the form pre-filled with the previous years data?

    This raises another point:

    As this is an annual registration, is it possible to have the form pre-filled with the previous years data so the applicant does not have to enter all their information again.

    There are saving methods you can apply, one of them is the session parameter method, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/features/save-and-continue/

    Basically, you can clone your form and label the cloned form with the next year's number.

    On your current form, you will need to create an autoresponder email that will contain the link of the next year's form(cloned form) :

    Sorry if I was not clear. That method, would only work for new submissions, so users that register on 2016 will be able to register on 2017 through that custom link that is sent via an Autoresponder Email.

    If you want to pre-filled your form with previous years data(2014), we have an up called Field Prepopulatorhttps://apps.jotform.com/app/field_prepopulator
