    When I open a number of my forms for editting it does not show up unless I hover over that text box.

    It does not do it on all my forms, just some of them.

    Is there a setting I need to change so all fields will show up on screen?

    Thank you.

    You can add the following CSS code to fix it.  It should resolve the issue from Builder but will not affect the form styles when preview it - How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes.

    #stage {

        background : none;

        background-color : #470909;

    }

    Basically setting the background to none will be enough to fix it. The second line of code is just in case the content still none visible after removing the background.

    Thank you for your reply.
    The form shows up without a problem when I preview it or publish it.
    The problem is when I am in the edit mode.
    Not sure I can change the background for the edit mode.
    Please explain further when I am to change the background color for the
    edit mode.

    The problem seems to be caused by the theme used. You need to add the above CSS code to make the content visible in edit mode. It will not change your form background or any order styles.

    Versus the view from the link:
    Do I need to upgrade something?
    Am I in the wrong place?

    Sorry about the discrepancy in how it looks. We are rolling out the new Preferences interface, which is what is depicted in that guide, and we are rolling it out to more and more users in stages.

    Your account is likely still on our older interface, and it will be switched to the newer in6terface automatically along with the rest of the accounts, but we are not yet sure when all the account will eb switched to the new Preferences interface.

    If you are on the older interface, this is how it will look:

    We generally recommend that you add any custom CSS at the very very bottom of that field, underneath the line:

    /* | *//*__INSPECT_SEPERATOR__*/

    In addition to the code my colleague suggested above, I would also recommend adding the following line as well:

    #stage #list {
        background : #470909 !important;
    }

    so that your custom CSS will be ending like this:

    /* | *//*__INSPECT_SEPERATOR__*/
    #stage {
        background : none;
    }
    #stage #list {
        background : #470909 !important;
    }

    Please let us know how it goes, and if you are experiencing any further legibility problems while editing your form.
