Upload space is not resetting after deleting files. Please help.

I see that the form CFM Order Form is still linked with the uploaded files and there is only one submission. I've now fixed the upload space manually. I see that this issue is occurring frequently. When the submission is deleted manually from the submissions view, the associated file uploads should be cleared automatically. To identify the cause of the issue, could you let us know how the submissions are being deleted on the form?
