I received a message that our card was not processing, so I updated the card information only. Now I have a message that says I upgraded my subscription. I cannot do that, so please put my account back to standard.

You bought a Premium-Yearly subscription on April 13, 2015, which just renewed today April 13, 2016(Reference: INT160413-4854-58141B), do you us to cancel it?

confusion. I did receive an email that said I had just upgraded, so
assumed it meant a new plan and a higher fee.
