All of our forms used to be set to reply to noreply@formresponse.com now all of a sudden they have changed to reply to the submitter's email. This is extremely problematic for us and needs to be changed back. I cannot have some of our members replying to the people who submit the form to us since that is reserved for certain members to do.

I have checked the email wizard on our old and new UI and I can not see the option to set the Reply-to email with noreply@formresponse.com, in both wizards seems like you are able to only set none as the Reply-to email, here are some images about it:
Old UI:
New UI:
You can only set noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com as sender email address, I checked your form and indeed the submitter's email is the Reply-to email address, you will need to set it to none if you do not want him to receive the email when the recipient replies.
Also, if you have more details about the settings that you had on your form before, please provide us with that, we will be glad to investigate what is going on.

I checked the form that you shared us and I was able to set the Reply-to email address to Please Select.
Please see my screenshot below:
You will need to do this manually on all your forms, please take a look again on the form that you shared on this post and confirm us that you are able to see the same option on your end.
