    How to make the unique Id notified to customer

    Hi,

     

    As the Unique id has to be used by the customer in all his references, kindly let me know how to notify customer on his Unique Id - preferable it should be part of his notification/ Auto-reply mail content

    Hello inventjewel,

    The unique ID field on your form is simply not included in the content of your email alert.  What you need to do is edit your email alert and manually add the template variable by setting the cursor on your email alert body (click the body content), and then click the Unique ID text on the left so for the variable to add inside the body.  You will notice that the text in the body {uniqueId} will appear.

    Once done, simply click the Finish button and then save your form. Do this on the other email alert and then you're done.
