I wanted to let you know that there seems to be an issue with your cache because when I make changes to a form the embedded form isn't changing. Using information from another forum post I changed the link from form.jotform.com to www.jotform.com and the embedded form updated perfectly. But as soon as I changed the link back to form.jotform.com the old version of the form popped up. This indicates that the problem is not with my browser's cache but with your service.
Please take a look at this so that we can get back to embedded forms updating within a few seconds. Thanks.

Follow up: It's now been hours and the form still won't udpate. This is a problem that needs to be addressed, please.

I can confirm this as well. I've tried updating through different urls including jotform.ca jotfor.ms and several others withour success. My cache on some updates is well over 12 hours old now and still isn't updating.

@1oclock & @ignitead
I have cleared your form caches, can you please confirm if that has rectfied the problem?
Please confirm your JotForm username & I will do the same for you.

My JotForm user ID is 1oclock and the problem does not appear to be fixed. I am still getting the old version of the form.
I once again changed form.jotform.com to www.jotform.com and it fixed the problem. As soon as I switch back to form.jotform.com the old version returns.

The same thing is happening to us. I am getting very old versions of my forms that are showing up on my sites???
It seems your fix did not work.
Also, I am about to open a private ticket and its time sensitive so I would really appreciate it if yourself or one of your colleagues could get right on it? We are trying to wrap up a project but need your help to finish it.

It appears that if you use form.jotform.us you get the OLD form (or a previous version) of the form, but when you use www.jotform.us, you get the correctly updated form. A little strange.
Well that doesn't work when embedding in an iframe but when using the URL in a plain browser window, I get two different versions.
Old version: http://www.ihammshelp.com/video/2012-03-05_17-25-11.snagproj.jpeg
New version: http://www.ihammshelp.com/video/2012-03-05_17-26-35.snagproj.jpeg
Hope that is a hint to resolve it.

I have opened a ticket with the development team for this replication issue. It will be seen to over the next few hours.
If it is time senstive & it is not too much hassle, as developer99 suggests and as temporary fix, please try using www.jotform.us in the URL for your form embed code.

As I've mentioned, I'm already aware of the ability to use "www" in lieu of "form" to create a workaround, but I'm not a fan of workarounds. I appreciate you opening the ticket for the development team.
