How to delete account

@Mike Can you please delete my account too? I have migrated my forms to another account and no longer need this one.

I see that your forms are still there. I am asking for confirming. If you provide us the username of your second account I can also transfer your forms with submissions to your other account. Otherwise, you will also lose your submissions.
