My download space will not reset

Hi jot form Ive tried to empty the forms download space but it will not clear I no longer need to use this and its make jot for not work so I may have to leave.

I see that there are two uploaded files related the form Uk44 Records track submission which was not deleted along with the submission.  I've now reset the upload space on your account and you should be able to see that the storage space is cleared. Sorry for the trouble caused.
