    Unable to access Newer Autoresponder Creation Wizard

    Hello!

     

    I am Unable to get to new Autoresponder creation wizard, the old one showing up instead. How can I get the new one to show up?

    We do apologize about this problem.

    I believe you are referring to viewing the newer email notification and autoresponder wizard with the newer style appearing on the right side of the screen.

    I'm currently investigating this to figure out what happened for you and I will update you shortly.

    UPDATE ~  I believe I have fixed this for you hopefully.

    I've reset this for you via your form url and it's working again on my end.

    Can you try it again on your end to check and let us know if it's working for you or not?

    I just tried and it did not work yet. Anything I need to do on my end for a reset?

    I do apologize about that again.

    Please try following these steps:

    1 - Open your Form in the formbuilder via the edit button from your My Forms page.

    2 - Inside the formbuilder in edit mode look up at the browser's url address bar.

    3 - Add &reset at the very end of your form id (string of numbers) and press the enter key. Your form should refresh in the browser briefly to reset it.

    4 - Do the same again but this time use &test and press the enter key again. It will refresh again.

    5 - Now check your form by clicking on the Emails button and the new emails wizard should appear.
