field information isn't coming through in the email

    Some of the fields are missing on this form and are not in the same order.

    How do I fix it?

     

    It's for the form called: Attending AF-screen(C-Spin) Rome?

     

    Here's what I see in the advanced section:

    First Name {firstName}
    Middle Name {middleName}
    Last Name {lastName12}
    Country{country}
    Study Position Title {studyPosition}
    Institution {institution}
    Are you attending?{areYou15}
    Your Email{email}
    Your Phone{phone}

    Additional information {additionalInformation}

    A simple way to fix this is to delete the notification and create a new one. It will reset the email with all the form fields as in the screenshot below.

    Or you can modify the exiting one by adding the missing fields and any additional text or description you might want.
