Auto Fill feature still prepopulating fields after clearing browser's cache?

We have also had an issue with the form auto-filling. It wasn't doing that on my computer yesterday but it has been today. Also, some other people registering have commented on it happening too.

I tried deleting my browser history and emptying my cache but the form will still auto fill a grade and select classes when I open it.

Any advice or reason for this?

If the form is opened while you are clearing the cache, cookies, history and other offline content, its possible that it is still saving it.

In Google Chrome it seems like if you have sync your Google account it also tries to save the data in it and auto fills the form. I was able to replicate the problem but this seems to be more related on the browser. Mine stopped auto filling the form after I have un-sync my Google account in Chrome.

Perhaps using the session link to save the forms progress would be more a suitable solution in your case? Here's a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later.

You'll need to disable the "Auto Fill" feature in your "Preferences" first.

In using the session link, it allows you or users to continue filling out the form to any computer because it's based on a session link, not specific on a browser. Also, the performance of the form is much more better in this case.

Let us know if you are still having problems on this. I'll try to make more tests to see if I can find an unusual thing in the "Auto Fill" feature.
