Create a form that track the availability of some options

Hello, I am doing an event where I have a list and quanity with each item that I want to post and have attendees select the item they want to bring, can I do this with jotform. Example, we need 5 people to bring 20 $5 gift cards and when a person signs up for that we want to have a counter now showing we only need 4 people. Is this possible?
