How do I speak to someone about my API limit. I can't figure out what it means or why we're exceeding it, but its very important to figure it out ASAP

I received the following email yesterday and today. We have several registrations open right now and its very important that we don't miss any. Can someone please explain what's happening and the effects of it?

You have reached your JotForm API limit

It seems like you have reached your API limit. FREE accounts are limited to 1,000 requests per day. Your API access has been disabled for the rest of the day. Since we understand that it can be an inconvenience to have your access stop working because you have reached your API limit, we'd like to remind you that you can upgrade and your API access will be running smoothly again.

If you have any questions, please reach out to our friendly 24/7 support team.

    Warm regards,
    The JotForm Team

The API calls can also be related to the widgets and app integrations you have.

In your case, I checked your account and I see several apps using the API:

The one that has a lot of API calls is the "Android 1.0.6".

Here are the API limits per account plan:

    Free: 1,000

    Bronze: 10,000

    Silver: 50,000

    Gold: 100,000

    Platinum: 1,000,000

You are allowed to have a daily API call of 1,000. It resets everyday midnight EST. For now, I have reset your API limit. If you need to increase the daily API call limit, you'll need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan.
