We are not able to access the third page of our form

In the process of testing out my form in the preview function it is not letting me access the next page of what is required for my survey? I don't know if it's a rule I applied or if it's something else. Please help me fix this

Now since you have embedded your form on your website using the js embed code, I do suggest re-embedding it using the iframe embed code instead. You can see on the following guide how to get the same: How to get the jotform iFrame Code

This will allow it to be protected from your other scripts on the page, and cause it to work properly.
